Quiet Spark is a small, independent online shop that sells one thing: a delicate tennis bracelet with a single row of 2mm lab-grown moissanite stones, set in sterling silver.
Why this bracelet
A tennis bracelet goes with almost anything, from jeans and a sweater to a work blouse or a wedding outfit. We wanted one that's easy to wear and lovely to give: small, bright lab-grown moissanite stones in sterling silver, described plainly, with free tracked shipping and 30-day returns.
The stones are 2mm, so it's a small sparkle made to be worn often instead of kept for special occasions.
Selling a single piece means we can describe it accurately, answer emails quickly and make returns simple if it isn't right for you.
How we sell
- We call the stones what they are: lab-grown moissanite, which is not a diamond. We give total weight as diamond-equivalent weight (DEW).
- We don't post fake reviews, star ratings or sold counts. Any reviews will come from real customers who bought the bracelet.
- There are no countdown timers, made-up "was" prices or "only a few left" messages. Our one offer is Gift two: two bracelets for $209 instead of $238.
- Our product images are illustrative renders of the bracelet for now. Photos of our own pieces are coming soon.
Where your bracelet ships from
We don't make the bracelet ourselves or keep stock in a US warehouse. We work with a jewelry supplier, and your order ships from our international partner warehouse.
That's why delivery takes a little longer than from a US-based shop. Orders take 1-3 business days to process and usually 7-12 business days to arrive, though we can't guarantee those times. Shipping is free and tracked, and we prepay US import duties, so there's nothing to pay on delivery. For Christmas, order by December 1 for the best chance of delivery in time. Carriers get very busy in December, so we can't guarantee holiday dates.
What you can count on
- A reply to every email within 1 business day, Monday to Friday.
- 30-day returns from delivery on unworn bracelets in their original packaging. You cover return shipping. Refund policy.
- A free replacement or refund if your bracelet arrives damaged, faulty or wrong. Email us a photo within 14 days of delivery.
- A 1-year sparkle guarantee: if a stone falls out or the clasp fails within a year of delivery, we replace the bracelet free (photo required). It doesn't cover normal wear, loss or damage from misuse. Full terms.
