Product

What is the bracelet made of?

It's a single row of 2mm round brilliant-cut lab-grown moissanite stones, each held in four prongs. The metal is 925 sterling silver, which means it is 92.5% silver, and the bracelet is stamped 925. It closes with a box clasp and a safety latch.

How big are the stones?

Each stone is 2mm across, about the thickness of a US nickel, so this is a delicate, everyday bracelet. Close-up photos can make small stones look bigger, so please keep the 2mm size in mind.

How many carats is it?

We give total weight as diamond-equivalent weight (DEW), a common way to describe moissanite. DEW tells you the size of the stones by the weight a diamond of the same size would have. Moissanite is a little lighter than diamond, so the stones actually weigh less than the DEW figure. We'll list the DEW for each length here as soon as our supplier confirms it in writing.

How much is the bracelet?

$119, with free tracked shipping to the US. That buys a full row of lab-grown moissanite stones (not cubic zirconia) in sterling silver, packed in a velvet gift box. Our Gift two offer makes two bracelets $209.

What comes in the box?

  • Your bracelet
  • A velvet gift box
  • A printed card explaining what moissanite is
  • A grading card from our supplier (see "What is the grading card in the box?" below)

Are your product photos real?

Not yet. The images on our product page are illustrative renders of the bracelet, and photos of our own pieces are coming soon.

Is it OK for sensitive skin?

We can't promise that. We don't have a skin or allergy test report from our supplier, so we don't make any claims about allergies. Sterling silver is 92.5% silver mixed with other metals. If you know you react to certain metals, you may want to check with your doctor before ordering.

Moissanite

What is moissanite? Is it a diamond?

Moissanite is a gemstone made of silicon carbide, and ours is lab-grown. It isn't a diamond. It has a bright sparkle, it's very hard, and it costs far less than diamond. Read our guide to moissanite.

How does moissanite compare with diamond?

Lab-grown moissanite is about 9.25 on the Mohs hardness scale (diamond is 10), so it holds up well to everyday wear. Its refractive index is about 2.65 (diamond is about 2.42), and its dispersion is about 0.104 (diamond is about 0.044). That means lab-grown moissanite shows more colorful fire than diamond, with more flashes of rainbow color in the light. On 2mm stones, it shows up as a fine, lively sparkle.

Why does moissanite beep on some diamond testers?

Moissanite conducts heat much like diamond does, so many basic thermal "diamond tester" pens beep for it, even though it is lab-grown moissanite. Multi-testers tell the two apart, and so can any jeweler.

What is the grading card in the box?

It's a card from our supplier that lists their own grades for the stones: D-E color (colorless) and VVS clarity, which means any tiny inclusions are very hard to see, even under magnification. It isn't an independent lab report.

Sizing

Which length should I choose?

We offer four lengths: 6.5 in (16.5 cm), 7.1 in (18 cm), 7.5 in (19 cm) and 7.9 in (20 cm). Measure around your wrist snugly with a soft tape measure or a strip of paper, then add about 0.5 in for a close fit. A wrist up to about 6 in suits the 6.5 in bracelet, about 6.5 in suits the 7.1 in, about 7 in suits the 7.5 in, and about 7.4 in suits the 7.9 in. If you're between sizes, go up. If your wrist is over about 7.5 in, please email us before you order. Our size guide walks you through it.

I'm buying a gift and don't know her wrist size. What should I do?

If you can, borrow a bracelet she already wears and likes the fit of. Lay it flat, measure it end to end with the clasp included, and choose the closest length. If you can't measure, 7.1 in is the most common length. If it doesn't fit, it can be returned unworn in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Trying it on to check the fit is fine, as long as it stays clean and in its box. You cover return shipping, the refund goes to the original payment method, and you can then order the right length.

Shipping & delivery

How long does delivery take?

We process orders in 1-3 business days. After your bracelet ships, delivery to the US usually takes 7-12 business days, though we can't guarantee it. Shipping is free and tracked to all 50 US states. We don't ship to US territories (such as Puerto Rico) or outside the US right now. We can't ship to PO boxes, but APO/FPO/DPO military addresses are fine.

Where does my order ship from? Will I pay import duties?

Your bracelet ships from our international partner warehouse, which is why delivery takes a little longer than from a US-based shop. We prepay US import duties, so you pay nothing when it arrives. What you see at checkout is what you pay, and any sales tax that applies is shown there before you pay.

Will it arrive before Christmas?

Order by December 1 for the best chance of delivery before Christmas. We can't guarantee it, because carriers get very busy in December and delays are out of our hands. We'll still ship orders placed after December 1, but arrival before Christmas becomes less likely.

How do I track my order?

We email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships. International parcels sometimes go a few days without a tracking update, and that's normal. If your tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, email us and we'll reship your order or refund it. There's more on our Track your order page.

Returns & guarantee

Can I return it?

Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return an unworn bracelet in its original packaging. Email us first and we'll send you our US returns address. You cover the cost of return shipping. Once your return arrives, we refund your original payment method within 5 business days. If you return one bracelet from a Gift two pair, we refund $104.50, half of the $209 you paid for the pair. Full details are in our refund policy.

What if my bracelet arrives damaged, faulty or wrong?

Email us a photo within 14 days of delivery. We'll send a free replacement or give you a refund, and you won't need to send anything back.

What is the 1-year sparkle guarantee?

If a stone falls out or the clasp fails within 1 year of delivery, email us a photo and we'll replace the bracelet free. The guarantee doesn't cover normal wear, loss, or damage from misuse. Full terms are in our refund policy.

Payment & security

What payment methods do you accept?

Major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and PayPal. All prices are in US dollars.

Is checkout secure?

Yes. Our checkout runs on Shopify, which encrypts your payment details. We never see or store your full card number. If you choose PayPal, you approve the payment with PayPal directly.

Gifting

Does it come ready to give?

Yes. Every bracelet arrives in a velvet gift box with a printed card explaining what moissanite is. It's a classic velvet box with no lights.

Can I ship it straight to the person I'm gifting it to?

Yes. Enter their name and address as the shipping address at checkout. The order confirmation and tracking emails come to you, so you can keep an eye on delivery. We don't put a receipt or price inside the parcel. Because it ships internationally, the outer customs label may list a declared value.

How does the "Gift two" offer work?

Two bracelets cost $209 instead of $238 (2 x $119), a saving of $29. Add two bracelets to your cart and the $29 comes off automatically at checkout, without a code. The saving applies once per order, so three bracelets are $328. Each bracelet can be a different length, say one for your mom and one for your sister, or one for you. Both go to one address, each in its own velvet gift box. If you return one, we refund $104.50, half the pair price.
