Details that help us sort things out faster
- For a damaged, faulty or wrong item, a clear photo of the bracelet and the packaging, sent within 14 days of delivery.
- For a stone or clasp problem, a photo that shows the issue.
- For a sizing question, your snug wrist measurement in inches or centimeters.
- For a delivery question, your tracking number if you have it.
- For an address change, the full corrected address. Email us as soon as possible, because we can only update an order that hasn't shipped yet.
- For a return, your order number. We'll reply with the return address and next steps.
